What happens at closing

Collectorium records the winning platform offer and opens a private listing conversation for the seller and winner. Collectorium does not collect the object price, arrange delivery or provide escrow.

Contact window

The winner has 72 hours to use the recorded conversation. Contact outside Collectorium may not be visible to the platform, so a missed in-platform window is reviewed as evidence rather than treated as automatic proof.

If there is no contact

After the recorded window expires, the seller can open a non-response case from the Offer Room result. Add only relevant context and do not include passwords, card data or unnecessary identity documents. The frozen result order cannot be edited by the seller.

Review and the next candidate

A moderator may verify the window through human review and activate only the exact next frozen rank. If a still-open case receives no staff action for 24 hours, a bounded automated review checks the recorded conversation. It can advance the exact next rank only when the authoritative window contains no candidate message; any contact, ambiguity or technical failure remains for a person. No automated account restriction is created.

Reserve candidates and final remedy

Ranks 2 and 3 receive a reserve notice and do nothing until their own 72-hour window is activated. If all three documented candidates exhaust the contact flow after governed review, the seller receives one same-tier, single-use Offer Room opening right. This is not a refund of the listed object price.
