Clear conduct between people
Rules for profiles, listings, messages, private offers, retained earlier private offer records, reports and other participation surfaces.
Be accurate and accountable
Use information you can reasonably support. Separate known facts from attribution, memory, opinion and uncertainty. Do not impersonate another person, conceal a commercial relationship or manipulate trust signals.
Keep communication safe
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate, sexualize minors, publish private information, send malware or use repetitive unsolicited messages. Do not pressure another person to bypass safety controls or conceal a transaction.
Do not manipulate participation
Artificial offers, coordinated price manipulation, fake engagement, duplicate accounts used to evade limits and incentives conditioned on deceptive reviews are not permitted.
Reporting is not punishment
A report is a review signal, not an automatic finding. Collectorium may preserve relevant records, limit immediate risk, request context and issue a reasoned decision. Where available, the affected account may appeal.
Proportionate action
Action may include a warning, content correction, visibility limit, feature restriction, removal, temporary suspension or termination. Urgent safety and legal risks can require immediate interim measures.
