Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Muhammet Emre Aydın, who operates Collectorium from Türkiye ("Collectorium", "we", "us"). Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@collectorium.co. The seller or payment provider responsible for a paid transaction, together with the channel-specific transaction terms and mandatory pre-contract information, is identified before payment.

Collectorium is the listing platform for physical objects whose context matters. These Terms cover the website, accounts, seller tools, messages, Offer Rooms (archived model) and Collectorium-owned digital services. Feature-specific rules and checkout disclosures also apply where shown.

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms under the law that applies to you. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. A person who lacks that capacity may use Collectorium only through a parent, guardian or other lawful representative where permitted.

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use your own account. Impersonation, credential sharing, automated registration and creating another account to evade a restriction, entitlement, market or rate limit are prohibited.

Some actions require a confirmed email, an eligible home market, a qualifying membership, a completed digital-service entitlement or an account without a relevant restriction. A visible control never overrides the server-side eligibility decision.

The seller is responsible for the legality, accuracy and currency of the title, description, condition, provenance, certificates, price, location, images, availability and delivery information. The seller must own the object or otherwise have authority to offer it and must hold the rights needed to publish every image and statement.

Unless Collectorium expressly labels a fact as reviewed, listing information is the seller's statement. Publication, a badge, editorial placement, AI assistance or paid visibility is not an appraisal, authentication, title check, investment opinion or guarantee of value.

• Do not list stolen, counterfeit, prohibited or unlawfully exported objects.
• Disclose material damage, restoration, missing parts, reproductions and meaningful uncertainty.
• Correct material inaccuracies and close unavailable listings without delay.

Collectorium is not the buyer or seller of a listed object and does not collect its sale price. It does not provide object checkout, escrow, buyer protection, shipping, customs clearance, insurance, appraisal, title transfer, seller payout or object-return processing.

Buyer and seller decide whether to transact, perform their own due diligence and agree payment, delivery, insurance, taxes, customs, authenticity checks and returns. Collectorium cannot refund money paid directly to a seller or guarantee either party's performance.

Use messages and participation tools for legitimate questions and transaction preparation. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, phishing, malware, deceptive links, manipulation of platform signals and requests for passwords or complete payment-card details are prohibited.

Messages are not public. Authorised personnel may access limited records when reasonably necessary for support, safety, a report, legal compliance or service integrity, subject to role-based access and the Privacy Notice.

Memberships, listing visibility tools and Board publication where offered are Collectorium digital services. They are not the listed object’s price, deposit or escrow balance. Earlier Offer Room (archived model) records retain their original conditions.

Before payment, the checkout must identify iyzico as the authorized web payment provider for eligible memberships and explicitly approved digital listing-presentation services, and show the service, term, currency, taxes, total, cancellation or withdrawal information and the contact details required for that channel. Iyzico must not be described as Collectorium's Merchant of Record unless the applicable agreement and checkout disclosure establish that role. Where app-store billing is presented, the store's transaction terms and disclosures apply. These Terms continue to govern use of the Collectorium account and any delivered entitlement.

Access begins only when authoritative payment evidence is reconciled. An incomplete checkout or provider delay does not prove entitlement.

Offer Market includes public negotiation and private offer options. Verified Free accounts can start offers on up to 6 different listings per UTC calendar month across public and private negotiation; Pro and Premium members can have offers active on up to 20 different listings at a time, with no monthly submission quota. Opening a listing to offers as a seller requires Pro or Premium. There is no separate per-offer or market-opening charge. The listing and submission screen explain the applicable visibility model. Earlier private records are not made public. The highest proposal does not automatically win or allocate the object.

On the private offer path, your amount and delivery choices are not shown to other buyers. This private dossier has no rival price or leaderboard. Proposals may be visible in public negotiation; neither path selects an automatic winner.

Public negotiation shows price and trade proposals with their states on listings that enable this option. The highest amount does not create an automatic winner, priority right or allocation of the object. The seller considers the whole proposal; price ordering does not require the seller to accept it.

Verified Free accounts can start offers on up to 6 different listings per UTC calendar month across public and private negotiation. Revising an offer uses no monthly allowance, even across months. A listing counts only once per month, including after withdrawal, decline, closure, reactivation or a new acquisition; used monthly allowance is not restored. Pro and Premium members can have offers active on up to 20 different listings at a time, with no monthly submission quota. Opening a listing to offers as a seller requires Pro or Premium; there is no separate offer or market-opening charge. Visitors may read visible history. New submissions are checked against account verification and the listing’s current state. An optional public offer note is distinct from a private conversation message; its visibility is explained before submission.

Collectorium does not collect the listed item's price. Opening a conversation is not an automatic sale, title transfer or authentication; the legal effects of the parties' statements must be considered separately.

Collectorium may investigate content or conduct, request evidence, reduce visibility, pause or remove a listing, preserve relevant records, restrict a feature or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or service integrity. A report is a review signal, not proof by itself.

Where an appeal route is available, the affected person may provide context through the signed-in Trust surface. Decisions are scoped and reasoned where appropriate; urgent legal or security action may occur before notice if advance notice would create risk or be unlawful.

You keep ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Collectorium a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote and improve the service and your listing or storefront.

The licence ends when content is deleted, except for limited backup, evidence, legal-hold and dispute records.

Original brand elements, interface design, text, visual composition and software elements offered under the Collectorium name and owned by the operator are protected. User content and open-source or other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights holders and licences. Except as these Terms, the applicable licence or law permits, protected elements may not be copied, modified or used to imply Collectorium affiliation or endorsement.

You may stop using the service and use the available account-closure route. Collectorium may suspend or end access for material or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, payment reversal or service discontinuation, with proportionate notice where reasonably possible.

Closure does not erase records that must remain for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, legal obligations or another person's rights. Those records follow the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Collectorium aims to provide a secure and useful service but does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular discovery position, a successful inquiry, an Offer Room (archived model) outcome or completion of an object transaction. Maintenance, provider failure, abuse controls and legal restrictions may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collectorium is responsible only for direct loss caused by its breach of these Terms or legal duty. It is not responsible for user statements, off-platform arrangements, indirect loss or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. Material changes are communicated in a clear form and, where law requires, take effect only after notice or renewed acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer, data-protection and conflict-of-law protections remain available where they cannot lawfully be displaced. Consumers may use the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court without first contacting Support; mandatory mediation rules, where applicable, remain unaffected. Other disputes remain subject to competent courts under mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules.

Include enough information to identify your request; statutory rights are not conditional on citing a legal provision.

The seller’s asking expectation is a manually updated starting point for negotiation. Earlier expectations and buyer proposals retain their own dates and separate meanings. A declined proposal is not a current commitment available to accept. Chart amounts are statements and events for that listing, not completed sales, an appraisal, an index or a future sale price.

A trade proposal is assessed using the object details and any amount difference. The amount difference is not plotted as the trade’s total value. Interest and proposal counts do not guarantee unique buyers, spending capacity or actual demand resulting in a sale.

A Board post is a text notice describing an object you want to find. For Türkiye accounts, eligible Pro membership includes 1 separate Board publication per calendar month; Premium includes 3. Each publication lasts 72 hours from its actual start. Replying and continuing an existing private conversation are free.

Allowances renew by UTC calendar month, which may differ from your membership billing date. Unused allowances do not carry over. Drafting and review do not use an allowance: it is used when you explicitly publish the current approved content. Your account shows the next renewal date and remaining allowance. Changing membership or its source in the same month does not reset usage. An existing publication continues to its original expiry after a downgrade.

If you have no eligible allowance or have used this month’s allowance, you may purchase one separate 72-hour publication where paid publication is available. For new Web orders, the total is TRY 30 including taxes. Previously created, paid or pending orders retain their recorded price and terms. The post, total, term and withdrawal information are shown together before payment; a payment is not started without your separate confirmation. An included publication has no additional Board publication charge.

The fee pays for publication; it is not the object price, a deposit or payment for replies. No particular number of views, replies, suitable objects, purchases or agreements is promised. Collectorium remains responsible for supplying its publication service on the disclosed terms.

An unpublished record is not represented as a completed 72-hour service. If payment was taken but rejection, a technical error or another issue prevents publication, contact support with the request and order reference so payment and service records can be examined together. Applicable remedies remain available for an undelivered service, incorrect or duplicate charges and valid withdrawal. A refund request and a provider-confirmed refund are separate states.

If access is interrupted or publication ends early, the disclosed term and actual service are assessed. Receiving no replies alone does not establish non-delivery of publication; it does not remove defective-service or withdrawal rights. Early commencement and its effect on withdrawal are separately explained before payment under the applicable rules. Calling the service ‘digital’ or ‘72 hours’ does not by itself exclude every refund.

You may also send a withdrawal notice or service complaint to contact@collectorium.co. Exercising a mandatory right does not require account access, a particular form or prior support approval. Internal review or provider processing does not extend statutory deadlines.
