Accessibility Statement
Collectorium's accessibility principles, current measures and route for reporting a barrier.
Our standard
Collectorium designs toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles, including keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic names and structure, readable contrast, text resizing and reflow, reduced-motion support, understandable errors and usable touch targets.
This is a continuing engineering standard, not a claim that every page or third-party surface is barrier-free or independently certified.
Measures in the service
Core navigation uses native links or accessible controls; dialogs manage focus; key filters adapt to small screens; images support bounded alternative text; motion follows reduced-motion preferences; and long-form information pages avoid document-level horizontal scrolling.
Third-party and known limitations
Identity, anti-abuse and payment services may have separate accessibility behaviour. Complex authenticated, Operations Desk and authoring routes are reviewed progressively across keyboard, zoom, screen-reader and real-device use.
Report a barrier
Use Support and include the page, task, browser or device, assistive technology and expected result. Do not include passwords, complete card numbers or unrelated identity documents. We will prioritise an alternative route or explanation where reasonably possible while the issue is investigated.
