How rights holders can report content and how listing owners can answer a claim without turning the process into an ownership judgment.
What may be reported
A rights holder or authorized representative may identify listing text, photography, marks or other content believed to infringe copyright, trademark or another applicable right.
What a complete notice contains
Send the notice to contact@collectorium.co with contact details, the right claimed, the exact Collectorium URL or content, a clear explanation, a good-faith statement and authority to act. Do not send passwords, card data or unrelated identity documents.
Review and interim action
Collectorium checks whether the notice is specific and within scope. Content may be limited while facts are reviewed. A limitation is not a final court finding about ownership or infringement.
Response and restoration
Where appropriate, the content owner may provide a reasoned response and supporting evidence. Collectorium may restore, amend, keep limited or remove content based on the available record and applicable law.
Abuse of process
Knowingly false, coercive or repetitive notices may be rejected and can lead to account action. Court orders and law-enforcement requests follow the separate government-request process.
