Paid web checkout is currently closed. The iyzico application and displayed marks do not mean merchant approval or active payment processing. Checkout requires service-specific provider approval, complete pre-contract information and an operational payment/refund flow.

The buyer is the service user identified in the order summary. This general page alone creates neither an order nor a payment obligation.

Collectorium is a listing platform. This document covers only Collectorium's own digital services, not the sale of a physical object listed by a user. Collectorium does not collect the object price, pay the seller, hold object funds in escrow or ship objects. This explanation does not exclude obligations imposed by law.

Where offered, services include term-based membership, listing visibility, seller offer-review capacity and submission of the first private offer dossier for a specific listing. The asking price, private offer amount and platform service fee are separate. The fee is not credited against the object price and does not purchase a deposit, entry ticket, usage credits or a chance to win.

Service features, account/listing, tax-inclusive total, currency, term, renewal, performance and withdrawal details are shown before payment. The buyer can correct errors and the payment obligation is explicit. Order-specific information and the contract version are supplied on a durable medium; a link to this general page does not replace missing disclosures.

Only the disclosed platform service is charged. Additional charges require separate express consent. Invoicing follows Collectorium's applicable tax duties; using a payment provider does not automatically transfer them. The private offer amount is not charged to the card or paid to the seller.

Membership performance begins when account benefits become accessible; visibility when the purchased placement and term begin; capacity when assigned to the relevant listing. For the first private offer service, payment alone is insufficient: the dossier must successfully reach the relevant seller's review queue. A failed or pending record is not represented as delivery. Start time, duration and the remedy for delay are specified before the order; digital services have no physical shipping charge.

Other buyers' dossiers and amounts are private; there is no public price ranking or automatic winner. One permitted revision is available before the seller first opens the dossier. The seller's counteroffer and acceptance/rejection responses continue that dossier without a new first-offer fee. The service guarantees neither seller response, acceptance, agreement nor object sale. Non-delivery of the service and seller rejection are different situations.

Recurring charges apply only to an explicitly offered and accepted subscription. The term, renewal price, trial/discount end and cancellation route are disclosed in advance. Cancellation stops future renewal; current-period withdrawal/refund rights are separately assessed. A promotion is not payment or renewal consent.

For Turkish consumer distance-service contracts, the general withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion. An unambiguous withdrawal notice may be sent without reasons or penalty to contact@collectorium.co or in writing to the business address. Account access, a particular form or prior support approval is not required. Statutory exceptions apply only when their conditions are met for that service; describing a service as digital does not remove all withdrawal rights.

If performance is requested before the withdrawal period expires, the information and express consent required by applicable law must be obtained separately before performance. Marketing consent, general terms or a preselected box must not substitute for it. Mandatory remedies for defective, undelivered or incorrectly charged services remain available.

For a valid withdrawal from a service, reimbursement must be made within the statutory deadline, generally 14 days from the notice, using the appropriate original payment method without a fee to the consumer. Internal provider approval does not extend that deadline. If performance becomes impossible, the consumer is informed within three days of learning of that impossibility and collected amounts are refunded within 14 days of the notice. A seller declining an offer alone does not establish non-delivery of the platform service; withdrawal and defective-service rights are assessed separately.

The data controller for Collectorium is Muhammet Emre Aydın, based in Türkiye. Questions and rights requests may be sent through the secure account route or to contact@collectorium.co. A payment provider or app store may act as a separate controller for the transaction data it independently collects.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer, data-protection and conflict-of-law protections remain available where they cannot lawfully be displaced. Consumers may use the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court without first contacting Support; mandatory mediation rules, where applicable, remain unaffected. Other disputes remain subject to competent courts under mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules.
