Law-enforcement request guidelines
A controlled route for valid legal demands, preservation requests and genuine emergencies.
Use the designated legal route
Send requests to contact@collectorium.co. They must identify the requesting authority, official contact details, legal basis, jurisdiction, records sought, relevant account or listing identifiers and the applicable period. Informal support messages are not a substitute for valid legal process.
Narrow and lawful requests
Collectorium reviews authenticity, authority, scope and proportionality and may seek clarification or challenge requests that are overbroad, technically impossible or inconsistent with applicable law.
Preservation
A valid preservation request must identify the records and period with enough precision to prevent indiscriminate retention. Preservation does not itself authorize disclosure.
Emergency requests
An emergency route is limited to a good-faith risk of death or serious physical harm. The request must explain the emergency, the information sought and why it could address the immediate risk.
User notice and confidentiality
Collectorium aims to notify the affected user before disclosure unless prohibited by law, likely to create a serious risk or incompatible with the emergency. Delayed notice may be provided when the restriction ends.
No private-party shortcut
Civil litigants and private investigators should use the applicable legal process. Collectorium does not provide account records merely because a private dispute exists.
