Offer Market: private offers and negotiation

Verified Free accounts can start offers on up to six different listings in each UTC calendar month, shared across public and private negotiation. Revising an offer uses no monthly allowance, even when the revision happens in a later month. The same listing counts only once in a month, including after withdrawal, decline, closure, reactivation or a new acquisition; used monthly allowance is not restored. Pro and Premium members can have offers active on up to 20 different listings at a time, with no monthly submission quota. Opening a listing to offers as a seller requires Pro or Premium. There is no separate per-offer, entry or market-opening charge. An existing private dossier remains available for record and support continuity if membership later changes.

Your amount and structured delivery terms are private from other buyers. You may revise once before the seller first opens the dossier. Do not include a phone number, email, address or free-form contact note in the initial form. Withdrawal is separate from the revision allowance.

The seller can decline, invite you on your original terms, or send a private counteroffer when negotiation is enabled. You accept or decline; declining a counteroffer does not withdraw the original dossier. Acceptance opens that dossier's private conversation. The platform does not automatically collect the object's price or record a completed sale.

Private dossiers do not show competing amounts. Listings that select public negotiation display price and trade proposals in visible history without an automatic winner. This is not a legal classification. Market Pulse shows delayed, non-price process data only where there are enough samples; it does not rank buyers or estimate winning odds. Production has no completed customer Offer Room payment or active purchased right. Earlier test and launch records are archived for audit only and do not create a new right.
