Trust model
Signals, evidence and human review
Collectorium separates seller statements, platform evidence, editorial selection and paid presentation so each signal keeps a clear meaning.
Listings are seller-provided records
Descriptions, condition, provenance and certificate information are supplied by the seller unless a specific field is explicitly marked as reviewed by Collectorium.
A report is a signal
Reports prioritize a human review. A report alone does not suspend an account, remove a listing or create an private offer restriction.
Meanings remain separate
Verification, editorial selection, earned platform recognition and paid visibility use different labels and governed visual treatments. None should be read as a guarantee of value, authenticity or transaction outcome.
Appeals remain available
Reasoned moderation decisions and eligible appeals remain visible through the signed-in Trust surface. Restrictions are scoped and recorded rather than implied by a public accusation.
