Assisted listing tools
How AI assistance is bounded
Collectorium may help structure a draft, but the person publishing the listing remains responsible for every claim.
No invented facts
The system is instructed to preserve uncertainty and avoid adding maker, date, material, condition, provenance or value claims that are not supported by the user input. Users must review and correct the draft before publication.
Data minimization
Only the information needed for the requested assistance should be sent to the configured model provider. Passwords, payment-card data, identity documents and unrelated personal data must not be placed in a listing prompt.
Human choice
A manual path remains available. AI output is editable, its use does not create a higher trust status and a user should be able to continue without accepting a suggestion.
Monitoring and change
Provider, model, prompt version, safety controls and material incidents are governed operationally. Material changes that alter user expectations require an updated notice and product review.
