Privacy rights
Exercise your privacy rights
How to request access, correction, deletion or another privacy action securely.
Available request types
Depending on applicable law, you may ask whether personal data is processed, request information or a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to a use, withdraw consent, request portability or ask about recipients and transfer safeguards.
Account closure, marketing opt-out, subscription cancellation, content appeal and privacy rights are separate processes even when one action affects another.
Submit a request safely
Use your signed-in account where possible and identify the request and affected feature. You may also contact contact@collectorium.co. Do not send a password, authentication code, complete card number or unnecessary identity document.
Identity and another person's rights
Collectorium verifies identity proportionately and reuses authenticated evidence where safe. Additional proof is requested only when reasonably needed to protect the requester, another person or the account. Authorised representatives may be asked to show their authority.
How requests are handled
We acknowledge the request, determine the applicable law and scope, verify identity, search the relevant systems, apply legal exceptions narrowly and provide a secure response. A request reference confirms receipt, not completion.
Security, payment, dispute, legal-hold, backup or another person's records can have a different lawful retention outcome. If we cannot perform all or part of a request, we explain the reason and available complaint route as required by law.
