A practical checklist for authenticity, identity, payment, delivery and records outside Collectorium checkout.
Verify the object and counterparty
Ask for condition detail, provenance context, current images and an inspection or specialist opinion appropriate to the object. A listing, badge or Offer Room outcome is not authentication.
Agree terms in writing
Confirm price, currency, payment method, delivery, insurance, taxes, customs, inspection and return conditions before sending money. Use a regulated independent service where appropriate.
Collectorium boundary
Collectorium does not hold the object price, provide escrow, guarantee a seller or insure delivery. Never treat a request to pay Collectorium for the object as a normal platform step.
