Rules with a visible purpose
Find the rule that applies to a listing, account, conversation or formal request. Each policy explains its scope, the conduct expected and the route available when something goes wrong.
Marketplace rules
The Terms set the contract boundary. Community, seller, prohibited-item and intellectual-property policies describe the conduct and content standards used to operate the marketplace.
Transparency records
Ranking, editorial and AI notices explain how presentation, assisted drafting and governed signals work. They do not turn a listing into an appraisal, authentication or transaction guarantee.
Requests and remedies
Privacy requests, law-enforcement requests, reporting, review and appeals use separate routes because the evidence and identity checks are different.
