Policy updates

When a change materially affects rights, obligations, data use, paid services or marketplace participation, Collectorium provides a plain-language summary and reasonable notice before the change takes effect where required.

Acceptance of Terms, delivery of a privacy notice and an optional consent are different events. Collectorium does not treat visiting a page as consent and does not combine unrelated choices into one acceptance.

Where a previous policy governed an event or was accepted for an account, Collectorium preserves the record needed to establish the applicable text. Editorial corrections that do not change rights may be recorded without requesting renewed acceptance.
