Public negotiation rules
How cash and trade proposals, the seller’s asking expectation, visible history and private conversations work together.
Scope of public negotiation
Public negotiation shows cash and trade proposals with their states on listings that enable this option. The highest amount does not create an automatic winner, priority right or allocation of the object. The seller considers the whole proposal; price ordering does not require the seller to accept it.
Opening a public negotiation market and making new proposals are included with eligible Pro and Premium memberships, with no separate proposal or market-opening charge. Visitors may read visible history. Eligibility for a new action depends on the account, membership and current listing state.
Know the visibility before sending
On a public negotiation listing, visitors can see the amount and currency, cash or trade type, selected delivery and timing terms, the public summary of the listing offered in trade, date, status and participant label. A cash difference beside a trade is not the total value of the traded object. Check the visibility explanation before submitting.
A participant label does not guarantee anonymity: public content may be connected to other information or copied by others. Do not include phone numbers, email or home addresses, identity details, ticket barcodes or another person’s private information in a public proposal. Private messages and account support records are not published in this history.
Reading the asking expectation and chart
The seller’s asking expectation is a manually updated starting point for negotiation. Earlier expectations and buyer proposals retain their own dates and separate meanings. A declined proposal is not a current commitment available to accept. Chart amounts are statements and events for that listing, not completed sales, an appraisal, an index or a future sale price.
A trade proposal is assessed using the object details and any cash difference. The cash difference is not plotted as the trade’s total value. Interest and proposal counts do not guarantee unique buyers, spending capacity or actual demand resulting in a sale.
Responses, states and private conversation
The seller considers the cash amount alongside the trade, condition, delivery and proposal terms, and may decline, counter or invite a conversation. Accepting the relevant counterproposal or invitation version within 24 hours opens a private conversation. A declined or withdrawn proposal records a past statement. Opening a conversation is not evidence of payment, delivery or a completed sale.
Read your proposal, any time-limited proposal from the other person and the terms you expressly agree. A platform status label does not by itself remove legal consequences of the parties’ statements. A later asking-expectation change does not automatically alter an earlier proposal or agreement.
Private offers remain separate
Dossiers started as private offers, their amounts and private messages are not moved into public history. Private Offer Market tools included with Pro and Premium have no separate proposal or market-opening fee. Public and private proposal options are identified on their submission screens; permission for one does not extend to the other.
History, removal and data requests
Withdrawal changes a proposal’s status; it does not automatically erase its earlier amount from history. A seller cannot selectively remove unwanted proposals to create an impression of higher prices. Report a rule violation, personal information or a safety concern; moderation may hide the public content while retaining necessary evidence with restricted access.
Public visibility and internal retention are separate. Retention is limited to what is needed for the service, security, disputes and applicable legal duties. Use Privacy requests to request access, correction or deletion; public visibility does not remove your personal-data rights.
The object transaction and platform service
Collectorium does not collect or transfer the listed object’s price, and does not provide object escrow, delivery or an authenticity guarantee. Buyer and seller agree the object, payment, delivery, returns and other terms directly. Off-platform payment does not remove the parties’ agreement or any platform obligations imposed by law.
Content reports, support and appeals
Report content or contact support with the listing or request link, the content or decision date and the reason for your challenge. Use your account’s Trust and appeals area where available; contact@collectorium.co and the Contact page are also available for general requests. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card details.
A report alone is neither proof of a violation nor an automatic account penalty. Review may lead to a request for context, correction or hiding of content, publication suspension or a scoped account restriction. Urgent risks may require temporary action. An appeal allows the reason and supplied context to be reconsidered by a person; no particular outcome or response time is promised.
