Choose cancellation when you want a recurring membership not to renew. This does not by itself reverse the current paid period.
Collectorium charge
Choose digital-service refund review for an eligible membership, listing-specific first private-offer service, visibility-tool charge or retained earlier Offer Room charge. Applicable rights, the effective market policy and provider evidence determine the result.
Object payment
Choose seller resolution for the object's price, delivery, insurance or return. Collectorium cannot refund money it did not collect; prohibited conduct can still be reported separately.
