Digital-service refund and cancellation paths

Separate a subscription change or Collectorium digital-service request from an object-sale dispute.

Identify the purchase

Collectorium support can assess only a verified Collectorium digital-service charge, such as an eligible membership or visibility tool. Verified Free accounts can start offers on up to six different listings in each UTC calendar month across public and private negotiation. A revision uses no monthly allowance, even across months. A listing counts only once per month, including after withdrawal, decline, closure, reactivation or a new acquisition; used monthly allowance is not restored. Pro and Premium accounts can have offers active on up to 20 different listings at a time without a monthly submission quota; opening a listing to offers as a seller requires Pro or Premium. These actions are not separate purchases, and production has no completed customer Offer Room charge. The listed object's price, delivery and seller return remain outside this path.

Check the current support state

Use the Support page to see whether secure case intake is available. A request is not an approval or completed refund, and this guide does not promise a universal eligibility window.

Avoid duplicate recovery

If a bank dispute or chargeback is already open, do not start a second recovery path for the same purchase. Provider evidence and applicable market rights remain authoritative.

This article is practical guidance, not a binding agreement. Launch-market terms and policies require separate legal review.
