Collectorium
Board publication and participation
Describe your next find on Board. For Türkiye accounts, Pro includes 1 publication per month and Premium includes 3; additional publications cost TRY 10. Each lasts 72 hours, with free private replies.
Publication and membership allowances
A Board post is a text notice describing an object you want to find. For Türkiye accounts, eligible Pro membership includes 1 separate Board publication per calendar month; Premium includes 3. Each publication lasts 72 hours from its actual start. Replying and continuing an existing private conversation are free.
Allowances renew by UTC calendar month, which may differ from your membership billing date. Unused allowances do not carry over. Drafting and review do not use an allowance: it is used when you explicitly publish the current approved content. Your account shows the next renewal date and remaining allowance. Changing membership or its source in the same month does not reset usage. An existing publication continues to its original expiry after a downgrade.
If you have no eligible allowance or have used this month’s allowance, you may purchase a separate 72-hour publication where paid publication is available. The total is TRY 10 including taxes. The post, total, term and withdrawal information are shown together before payment; a payment is not started without your separate confirmation. An included publication has no additional Board publication charge.
The fee pays for publication; it is not the object price, a deposit or payment for replies. No particular number of views, replies, suitable objects, purchases or agreements is promised. Collectorium remains responsible for supplying its publication service on the disclosed terms.
When publication begins
A Board post passes through platform preliminary review. For the approved content, you must explicitly use an included publication allowance or have a separate publication payment verified. The 72 hours start when the post is actually published. Creating a draft, waiting for review or returning from checkout does not start publication. The record shows the publication start and end.
At expiry, the post leaves active discovery and stops receiving new replies. Existing private conversations may continue. Publishing again requires a new draft, review and explicit publication action using an available membership allowance or a separate paid publication. Expiry does not create an automatic charge, allowance use or renewal.
Editing a published post stops its visibility and starts another review. If approved again, it resumes within the same publication period with the original expiry, without using another allowance or charging again. Editing does not grant a new 72 hours or automatic extension. Closing early does not automatically close existing private conversations. Service problems and statutory rights can be raised through the routes below.
Who sees what
Visitors can see a published request’s title, description, any budget and location information, and publication times. The contents of a private reply, the proposed object and any amount in it are available only to the participants and, when necessary, authorised support or moderation roles; other respondents cannot see them. Replying requires an account.
Do not place personal contact details, a precise home address, identity documents or ticket QR codes in the request. Expiry after 72 hours does not delete private conversations or necessary payment, safety and request records. Data is retained only as needed for the service and relevant legal purposes; access and deletion requests are available through Privacy requests.
Preliminary review and human review
Board preliminary review checks the submitted title and description for clarity, indicators of compliance with platform rules and risky content. Necessary text may be sent to the configured AI provider. The result may be eligible, ineligible or human review required. Ambiguous content or a technical review failure does not result in automatic publication.
Preliminary review does not certify legality, authenticity, ownership or a seller’s ability to deliver. Editing the content requires another review. You may challenge an incorrect assessment and request human review with context or relevant evidence. Declining drafting assistance does not bypass publication review.
A hold on publication visibility
The authorised team may place publication visibility on hold following a content report or safety review. While held, the request is absent from public discovery and receives no new replies; existing private conversations and payment records remain. After release, publication resumes only until its original expiry if the other conditions are met. The 72 hours do not restart or automatically extend. Your service-delivery and refund rights are assessed separately.
A held request cannot start a new payment handoff. An already started payment is still tracked through its record; if payment was taken but publication cannot be supplied, the service and refund request route remains available. To challenge a hold, contact support with the request ID.
Tickets and restricted requests
Sport and event tickets that still provide admission, or whose admission status is unclear, are not eligible for automatic Board publication. They require human review of platform rules, transfer conditions and context. A physical collectible ticket for a past event that no longer grants admission is assessed separately. The word ‘ticket’ does not by itself prohibit every historical collectible.
Requests for illegal controlled substances, stolen goods, forged official documents, functional weapons or ammunition, personal data or account access, sexual exploitation or pornographic material and gambling may be rejected under Board rules. Other regulated objects may require context or evidence. A content decision is not a finding that a user committed an offence.
Cancellation, withdrawal and service problems
An unpublished record is not represented as a completed 72-hour service. If payment was taken but rejection, a technical error or another issue prevents publication, contact support with the request and order reference so payment and service records can be examined together. Applicable remedies remain available for an undelivered service, incorrect or duplicate charges and valid withdrawal. A refund request and a provider-confirmed refund are separate states.
If access is interrupted or publication ends early, the disclosed term and actual service are assessed. Receiving no replies alone does not establish non-delivery of publication; it does not remove defective-service or withdrawal rights. Early commencement and its effect on withdrawal are separately explained before payment under the applicable rules. Calling the service ‘digital’ or ‘72 hours’ does not by itself exclude every refund.
You may also send a withdrawal notice or service complaint to contact@collectorium.co. Exercising a mandatory right does not require account access, a particular form or prior support approval. Internal review or provider processing does not extend statutory deadlines.
Content reports, support and appeals
Report content or contact support with the listing or request link, the content or decision date and the reason for your challenge. Use your account’s Trust and appeals area where available; contact@collectorium.co and the Contact page are also available for general requests. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card details.
A report alone is neither proof of a violation nor an automatic account penalty. Review may lead to a request for context, correction or hiding of content, publication suspension or a scoped account restriction. Urgent risks may require temporary action. An appeal allows the reason and supplied context to be reconsidered by a person; no particular outcome or response time is promised.
The object transaction and platform service
Collectorium does not collect or transfer the listed object’s price, and does not provide object escrow, delivery or an authenticity guarantee. Buyer and seller agree the object, payment, delivery, returns and other terms directly. Off-platform payment does not remove the parties’ agreement or any platform obligations imposed by law.
