Protect a Collectorium account
Practical steps for credentials, sessions, suspicious activity and public profile information.
Credentials
Use a unique password and available multi-factor checks. Collectorium will not ask for a password, authentication code or full payment-card number in a message or support case.
Sessions and devices
Do not select 'remember me' on a shared device. Sign out when finished and clear site data if a public browser may retain a session or preference.
Suspicious activity
Change the password through the official route, secure the connected email account and report the affected task and approximate time. Do not forward an active recovery link.
