Sign in or recover account access
Use the safest route for password, email confirmation, OAuth and restricted-account problems.
Choose the matching route
Use password reset only for a password account. Complete email confirmation from the same browser flow when possible. If you used Google or Apple, choose that same provider instead of creating a second account.
Do not weaken security
Never share a password, one-time code or recovery link with support. Repeated failures may trigger a bounded anti-abuse check; waiting or completing the visible verification is safer than opening duplicate accounts.
Restriction is different
A feature restriction is not a password failure. Sign in first, then use the signed-in Trust path for the recorded reason and any eligible appeal.
Scheduled account deletion
If you already scheduled deletion when the option was available, use secure deletion status with a fresh sign-in to the same account. Signing in does not cancel deletion or restore ordinary access. Keeping the account requires a separate explicit cancellation before the server cutoff and permanent execution. The privacy-request guide explains the choices and exceptions.
Confirmation and recovery links
Use the newest confirmation or recovery message and check spam folders. A generic password-reset response does not confirm that an account exists or that its password changed. If you cannot continue, email support@collectorium.co with your sign-in method and the error; never forward an active code or recovery link.
This article is practical guidance, not a binding agreement. Launch-market terms and policies require separate legal review.
