A report is a signal
Reports help the trust team prioritize review. They are not public accusations and do not create an automatic restriction.
Evidence
Collectorium may attach immutable platform records such as an Offer Room outcome, contact deadline or conversation reference. Staff-only notes are not exposed to case parties.
Decision record
A human decision requires a moderator reason. The narrowly defined overdue-contact automation records its policy source, evidence digest and result separately; it cannot issue an account restriction. Case events remain in the audit history.
