Find your way around Collectorium

Use Explore to search by category, location and price; change ordering above the listings. Open a card to view its photos, description and seller. After signing in, save it with the favorite button and return through Favorites. Your discovery market changes the browsing scope, not your account’s entitlement market.

Create an account through Sign up, or use Sign in for an existing account. If you cannot get in, use Forgot password. Settings and privacy in your Dashboard brings together account information and security options. Account-linked screens require sign-in; general guidance and email support remain available without it.

Start with Create listing and complete the category, description, photos and selling details. The photo guide covers uploading, editing, cover selection and privacy. Find your records and current status under Dashboard → Listings. Saving a draft, submitting for review and publication are separate steps; rely on the status confirmed by the screen.

Manage your public seller identity and address under Dashboard → Settings and privacy → Storefront. Use the available panel controls for your profile photo and storefront layout. Account information and security settings are separate from your public storefront.

Browse listings open to proposals in Offer Market and make an offer from an eligible listing’s detail. Verified Free accounts can start offers on six different listings per UTC calendar month. Opening your own listing to offers requires Pro or Premium. Public and private negotiations have different visibility rules; find your proposals and existing dossiers under Dashboard → Offer Market. Collectorium does not select a highest-price winner or collect the listed-item price.

Board is a publication service separate from listings and Offer Market. Read public posts on Board; prepare and track your own records under Dashboard → Board. Publication allowance, review, payment and actual publication are distinct states. Check the Board guide for current access and publication conditions.

Return to conversations you can access under Dashboard → Messages. The Notifications control in the header shows recent activity and links to the relevant record. Seller contact options on a listing depend on listing and account eligibility. Submitting an offer alone is not a completed sale.

Compare current memberships on Plans. Review your membership and usage under Dashboard → Plan and usage; manage billing addresses in their dedicated screen. Listing promotion options are in the Dashboard. If a charge is uncertain, check the existing record before starting another payment. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the service and payment provider.

Search topic guides in the Help Center. Open your mail app from Support to write to support@collectorium.co. Use Dashboard → Trust and support for account-linked cases and appeals; start a content report from the relevant listing or publication’s own control. Separate guidance is available for privacy and accessibility. Sending an email does not automatically create a dashboard case; never share passwords or verification codes.
