Understand plan access, renewal, cancellation and provider-owned billing state.
Check the account record
The Billing area shows the plan and known period. Provider confirmation remains authoritative for renewal, cancellation and completed payment; a browser success screen alone is not fulfillment proof.
Cancel future renewal
Use the authorized account or provider-management route when available. Cancellation usually prevents a future renewal and is not automatically a refund of the current period.
Access after cancellation
Access normally follows the reconciled paid period unless a verified refund, chargeback, legal requirement or security decision changes the entitlement.
