Resolve a digital checkout problem

If the provider returned success but access is still pending, wait for reconciliation and refresh the Billing area before starting another checkout. A provider delay can be ambiguous.

Collectorium checkout may cover memberships and eligible digital listing-presentation services—not the listed object's price. iyzico is the authorized web payment provider for those eligible web services. Verified Free accounts can start offers on up to six different listings per UTC calendar month across public and private negotiation; Pro and Premium accounts can have offers active on up to 20 different listings without a monthly submission quota. Opening a listing to offers as a seller requires Pro or Premium. These actions are not separate purchases. Production has no completed customer Offer Room charge or active purchased Offer Room right.

Email support@collectorium.co with the service, purchase date, visible order reference and whether you paid on web or through Apple. If you have an account-linked case, include its reference. Never send full card data, provider credentials or screenshots containing unrelated personal information.

Return to the existing payment record and use a resume or status action if one is offered. If no action is available or checkout does not open, contact support with that order reference. Do not start repeated attempts or treat a redirect as a confirmed charge.
