Scoped access
A trust decision can restrict Offer Room participation without removing access to messages, Help Center or the appeal process.
Duration
Upheld repeated offenses use graduated durations of 7, 10 and 15 days. Only upheld decisions count toward escalation.
Appeal
Submitting an eligible appeal pauses the restriction while a moderator reviews the statement and evidence. The decision and reason remain visible in Trust and support.
