Try a stable setup
Use a current browser, enable browser zoom rather than disabling it and respect the system reduced-motion setting. If a provider embed blocks the task, return to the Collectorium page and use the available fallback route.
Describe the barrier
Record the page, task, input method, browser/device and assistive technology, plus the result you expected. Do not include passwords, card data or unrelated medical information.
No false certification
Collectorium's accessibility statement records current commitments and open audit work. A successful automated test does not prove that every route is fully conformant.
